Una lastima q los servicios y atención no sean buenos

Limpieza, no andaban los ascensores en los cuartos de al lado fumaban y mucho olor todo el tiempo. La caja fuerte se quemó el transformador y tuve mi dinero allí adentro muchas horas. Y no lo solucionaban

Overall, my stay there was good and the location was okay.

The room was nice and spacious with a great view of the city and the beach.

There was not much options for breakfast because of my food preference (I don't eat cow, pork). It would have been nice if the staff was trained to speak English because Fortaleza is a popular tourist place. It would be great to have the dishes name (and ingredients) in English. There needs to be a back up for when there is no power. I had to walk 19 floors down with my luggage (the staff helped me with my big suitcases).

The Location.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed, so many things wrong with it, just to name a few, room card never worked we had to keep going back to reception, elevator would not stop at our floor, we have to go up or down by stairs and it was pitch black, room stank, sheets smelled like BO, the shower full of mold, breakfast was until 10, we arrived between 9-9:15, cold coffee cold eggs, we let them know and they would say it was late, 9am. the lost goes on. It was 4 days of disappointment, do yourself a favor go elsewhere. and we usually don't complain about miner things, however this hotel, was the worst.

L'emplacement est top, proche de tout.

La litterie étais tâché, les linges sont très vieux avec des tâches bizarre. La salle de bain à besoin d'un réfléchissent urgent. Il n'a pas de miroir dans la chambre . Le Frigo bar est très ancien. J'attendais plus d'un 4 étoiles.

«Non lo consiglio a nessuno»

Camere sporche, lenzuola sempre macchiate, luce del bagno fulminata, ascensore non disponibile per 2 giorni, chiavi delle camere smagnetizzate ogni giorno, la maggior parte del personale non parlava altre lingue oltre il portoghese, aria condizionata rotta o che puntava sul letto senza possibilità di regolazione. Veramente pessimo, buona solo la posizione ma non lo consiglio a nessuno
